This program has done a lot for me. From helping me get through most of my problems to helping me get to know and love myself for who I am. In the beginning of this program, I was lost . I knew nothing about me and I didnt even love myself. Over time, this program has taught me a handful of skills to help me become who I am today. To break out of the mask that I’ve been hiding in almost my whole life. From using the Word of God to study the mind, soul, and spirit and applying this study onto yourself to break the mask and false interpretation you may have surrounded yourself with in order to show your real authenticity. To show that I am loved and that I do have a reason and a purpose to stick around and just enjoy life and enjoy who I am.
